We approach a crisis in a project mode: We define the target, identify the issues, set up the crisis management team and build a robust project management. Our central instrument for control are the relevant KPIs and the war room which must be located close to the product. On a daily basis deciders and workers assess where we are and what we have to do. Decisions are taken on the spot and implemented without delay until the crisis is over. Afterwards we take the time to look in-depth into the issues and define steady process improvements to avoid future crisis.
